By accessing or using the LoadLab platform (located at loadlab.cc) and its associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is owned and operated by Trond Snekvik Utvikling ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any material changes.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use LoadLab. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Description of Service
LoadLab is an AI-powered endurance training platform that generates personalized training plans, workout analyses, and fitness tracking for sports including running, cycling, and Nordic skiing. The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to process your external fitness data to provide training recommendations, progress insights, and recovery guidance.
4. Disclaimer of Liability for Injuries and AI Limitations
LoadLab provides AI-generated training plans, coaching advice, and fitness guidance for informational and educational purposes only.
- Not Medical Advice: This content does not constitute medical advice and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
- AI Inaccuracies: Because our recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence, they may occasionally contain errors, illogical suggestions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for applying common sense and evaluating the safety of any suggested workout before performing it.
- Assumption of Risk: By using LoadLab, you acknowledge and agree that you participate in all physical activities at your own risk. You are solely responsible for assessing your fitness level, health conditions, and physical limitations. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise regimen.
Trond Snekvik Utvikling, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injuries, physical harm, health complications, damages, or losses of any kind arising from following, relying upon, or acting on any guidance provided by the platform.
5. Data Collection, AI Processing, and Privacy
To provide and improve our services, LoadLab collects and processes personal data, including your profile information, workout history, fitness metrics, and device data.
- Google Gemini Integration: Your data is shared securely with Google Gemini (Google’s AI platform) to generate personalized training plans and analyze your workouts. This data is transmitted to and processed by Google's servers in accordance with Google's privacy policies.
- Consent: By using LoadLab, you explicitly consent to the transfer and processing of your personal and fitness data by Google Gemini. If you do not wish for your data to be processed in this manner, you must discontinue use of the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations
LoadLab sources data from third-party platforms, including, but not limited to, Strava and Intervals.icu. By connecting these services, you authorize the exchange of data between LoadLab and these platforms. Your use of third-party integrations is governed solely by the respective terms and privacy policies of those services. We are not responsible for the uptime, practices, or content of any third-party platforms.
7. Subscription, Billing, and Payment Processing
LoadLab is a subscription-based service. All new accounts are eligible for a free 4-week trial period. Following the trial, your subscription will automatically renew according to the billing cycle you selected.
- Pricing: Current subscription fees are displayed on our website's pricing page. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, with advance notice provided to active subscribers.
- Payment Processors: All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to the payment processor's specific Terms of Service and authorize them to charge your selected payment method. LoadLab does not directly store or process your raw credit card information.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Refunds: All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, algorithms, software, and trademarks associated with LoadLab (excluding your personal data and data imported from third parties) are the exclusive property of Trond Snekvik Utvikling. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Assume responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
- Provide accurate information regarding your health and fitness data.
- Refrain from using the Service for any unlawful, unauthorized, or abusive purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trond Snekvik Utvikling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or revenue, or loss of data resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
