LoadLab is an AI-powered endurance training platform that generates personalized training plans, workout analysis, and fitness tracking for sports including running, cycling, and nordic skiing. The service uses artificial intelligence to provide training recommendations, progress insights, and recovery guidance.
3. Disclaimer of Liability for Injuries and Damages
LoadLab provides AI-generated training plans, coaching advice, and fitness guidance for informational and educational purposes only. This content does not constitute medical advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
LoadLab, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injuries, physical harm, health complications, damages, or losses of any kind that may arise from following, relying upon, or acting on any training plans, coaching recommendations, workout suggestions, or other guidance provided by the platform.
By using LoadLab, you acknowledge and agree that you participate in all physical activities at your own risk. You are solely responsible for assessing your own fitness level, health conditions, and physical limitations before engaging in any training program. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise regimen, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.
4. Data Collection and Sharing
LoadLab collects and processes personal data including, but not limited to, your profile information, workout data, training history, fitness metrics, and device data to provide and improve our services.
Your data will be shared with Google Gemini, Google's AI platform, for the purpose of generating personalized training plans, analyzing workouts, and providing coaching recommendations. This data is transmitted to Google's servers and processed in accordance with Google's privacy policies and data handling practices.
By using LoadLab, you consent to the transfer of your personal and fitness data to Google Gemini for AI processing. If you do not wish to have your data processed in this manner, you must discontinue use of the service.
5. Third-Party Integrations
LoadLab integrates with third-party platforms including Strava and Intervals.icu. When you connect these services, data may be exchanged between LoadLab and these platforms. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those services. LoadLab is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party platforms.
6. Subscription and Billing
LoadLab offers a subscription plan at $6 per month (billed monthly) or $50 per year (billed annually). All new accounts receive a free 4-week trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refund eligibility is subject to our refund policy.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to not use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LoadLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to Terms
LoadLab reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use of the service after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
